ITV HD :for VANTAGE 8000s

Hi Guy,s
can anyone help me sort out ITV HD on my VANTAGE 8000S.
Tried alway,s but just can,t get it to scan in.------Tried this
Scan modePID)
SATELLITE :-> EUROBIRD?
Freq:1426 H [for some reason could not alter to this freq?]
symbol rate:-> 27500 [again as above could not alter symbol rate]
did manage to input:
video pid :-3401
video:->H.264
Audio pid:-3402
Audio:->dolbyD
PCR PID:-> 3401

but nothing SCANNED IN --just USER 1637?[in the Channel list]
Please a Step by Step aproach with the 8000s would be Ideal, Especially from a member with the same model, but does not exclude wisdom. Must admit I,m possibly Getting bloody old,[not so slick MUST HAVE DONE SOMTHING WRONG] or the technology is geting harder to sink in.

For starters the frequency should be 11426H not 1426H
