Hi Can somebody help my system wont unscramble been working fine for 12-14 days now a blank screen for no reason.Have reformatted the cam and loaded UW162 with latest Keys and Data File 163 and downgraded to 161 and re flashed my Fortec Star+ .The Fortec recognises the cam and I can alter the configuration in the cam menu. On Thor I can receive the FTA but all stations encrypted will not open though strength and quality are good.I have re-scanned the stations and did a factory reset on the receiver.

System : Diablo Lite 2.3 Fortec Star+ 1 Mtr Dish TM2200 motor

Underworld is now on 163, i have mine flashed with the latest keys and data bins and opens Didi and C+ on 1w no probs SCT on 13 and 9e as well. Haven't looked at anything else yet. I usually get updated keys and data from satpimps if they haven't been posted to the download area.

Hi Rick Thanks for the info have tried UW163 and what I presume is the latest keys but no luck could you send me a backup file off your system cant understand what has gone wrong.

First format your Cam, start up the CAS studio software and the Diablo Cam program.
Click on the Cam Disk Functions tab and Format.
Once completed click on the Upgrade Cam tab and load Underworld 163.dup.
You can find these files, and an updated keys.bin file, in the Satellite folder, Diablo Cam sub folder on box.net.
To find the link read the sticky threads in the Satellite Help & Support forum.
You can then either update the keys.bin file, by clicking on the Cam File System tab and Connect.
In the right hand pane you will see the files currently on your Diablo Cam loaded with underworld 163.
In the bottom left hand pane you should see the newly downloaded keys.bin file, highlight this and click the green arrow pointing right.
Click yes to overwrite the old file and that's it.
You will have to go into the Diablo Cams menu, Underworld 163 and Configuration to turn Emulators ON.

Am up and running again one small problem the system hangs up and the program wont unscramble I have to turn receiver off and on again and its OK.
Configuration set to
Caid file Caids
Auto PMT ON
Emulators ON
NA2AU OFF
Emulator Priority 1:EMU 2:CARD
Fixed CW OFF

It's quite a common problem. especially when flicking quickly between channels using different encryptions, I usually just remove and re-insert the cam.

Downloaded a different key and data file dated 13 March the problem is still there but not as bad can live with it.
