missing channels

hi, i have a old pace 4001 box i use and for some reason
certain channels display "this channel is currently unavailable"

such as sky sports 1 but sky sports 2 is fine.

on the whole probably missing around 20 channels.

if i connect one of my other boxes to the same feed, all channels are found and work perfect.

any reason for this or is the tuner knackered ?

Could be the tuner, maybe a dry joint, you would need to check the tuner.

Have a look in eng menu at channels provisioned see if theyre missing, you could try red jumper or re-do card.
