even using vista ultimate we would still have the same problem using floppydtv and a dvb-t because the tuning frequencies will be different. so its either 2 dvb-c or 2 dvb-c's.

so its either a media centre rig with 2 cards able to recieve freeview and record but no encrypted channels

or,

media centre rig with 2 floppydtv's with cams and cards capable of recording plus encrypted channels. (expensive rig).

has anyone tried this windows 7 ive been hearing about? does that help us any further?

one thing i didn't try with the floppydtv and win nova-t card was also putting the true terrestrial frequencies in the reg file as well as the cable frequencies, don't know what would happen? maybe pick up 2 bbc1s etc on diff frequencies?? guess u would have to map each duplicate channel the correct card then?

what cam is it....if u ain't got a cas interface then i'll give it a go......blue zeta sometimes won't take the flash but u can change the firmware on these to a sutable zeta version which allows bk editing using a funcard 5. my experience with icecrpypts are - mine a white and another members yellow i did last week both took the flash instantly.....
