Evening all New to the forum so this my offical HI!

Just a really really really noobie question, isnt Mac swapping illegal? i mean whats the point in swappin mac addresses or accesing your modem??

Macs sniffed using dhcp force are usually in the same ubr as the person who sniffed them and because two macs can't be in the same ubr they are traded with people in the same city/town but different ubr.

just wondering where can i get dhcp force... i know i know i read around and its supposidly on the G Drive wtf does tht mean ?... sorry if my questions are really silly but everyones got to start some where, might aswell learn the basics otherwise i will never get anywhere

use dhcpsniffer. you can find it from the private fta forum link on the main page.

Yeah as fitz says use dhcp sniffer and select bruteforce this will find macs outside of your ubr.

A far as the forum is concerned any requests for mac swaps are illegal and will be severly dealt with.

What you do in your own home is no concern of ours.

sure perfectly understood, and was just curious to why people 'Would' swap mac addreses im guessing that they recieve better speeds from reading around??

If your worrying about every app being legal/illegal, I would suggest you give your local CC a ring and buy a package and stay with it.
