Return Path Issue!?

I've read much of the articles related to this problem and but still have an issue. My interactive services are not available through my modded box, i.e iPlayer and sky box office. However, porn related channels are available and when I enter the settings section the return path reads as being on. Can anyone clarify whether the return path is on or off? Because for all extents and purposes it's off.

firsty you having told us what box?

if a pace the middle light should be flashing, ie top is power, middle is return path bottom flashes when u do remote

if a sammy then its a yellow light in the middle above the number is on, then its on

if your tb is on and cant get demand ur box is black listed
