Hi guys, i was recently given a Samsung 2110c that was found in a empty council flat to see if it could be modded. The box had a VM viewing card with it so i presume it was paired to the box. The box sub may have been cancelled weeks before so has probably been hit so all the viewing card details are now false. Now I have never modded a box before but i have read alot of threads about the 2110c so all the info i need is out there.
The first thing i done was to have a look in the Enginiers Menu and i noticed the section that said Card Status Never Paired. Now before i rush out and buy an unlooper and programmer etc, is this box no good or is that normal..

No im afraid its useless at the moment mate.
Until somebody finds another way of getting the bk from this box.

You could always ring Vermin, say you have a box, ask them to activate it (create an account with them and get the broadband), this will give a real BK, unloop the card, read the information from the card then cancel the subscription. I am in a similar situation with a box that Vermin sent me but I modded it before I got it activated so I don't get all the channels even though the BK is genuine lol.
