eurovox max v
have been unable to load software on so we have been putting codes in manually. i have done 2 factory resets and then loaded supplier codes and then scanned. software on box is "1.0 STC4 Mar 28 2008" |

Check your settings, and your signal. Are you using a splitter?
Why are you not able to update the firmware, because if you are unable to do so this may be why you are experiencing issues. Are you doing normal or power scan? and are you certain its a clone?
