Question error code

have a clone box, done a channel scan and it will not load i get "PEAA" come up. was ok before i done the scan. can anyone help please?

Ok. You say its a clone, are you using the right firmware for your box? Remember that you are using a clone and the firmware is often different for clones.

Also, is it the most up-to-date firmware?

Have you done a factory reset?

What box is it?

Give us as much info as possible!

eurovox max v
have been unable to load software on so we have been putting codes in manually. i have done 2 factory resets and then loaded supplier codes and then scanned. software on box is "1.0 STC4 Mar 28 2008"

did you scan with the correct symbolrate will be either 6887 or 6952 (Unless you are Ireland 6875)

Check your settings, and your signal. Are you using a splitter?

Why are you not able to update the firmware, because if you are unable to do so this may be why you are experiencing issues.

Are you doing normal or power scan? and are you certain its a clone?
