Default V+ box question

Hi guys,

i've just been offered a chipped v+ box but just wondering how much u should be paying for one??

I think they are worth £175 plus IMO, but that's because of the HDD, High Definition capability, 3 tuners etc.

150 is a good price go for it. i have heard of v+ going for 250 as there arnt that many with valid bk available.

ok cheers guys.

i've picked it up and what i have noticed is that there aren't any recorded programmes on he hard drive yet it only shows 66 hours available, any ideas as to why that is?

in case you didnt know how:

1) Press the Home button.
2) Press and hold the Play/Pause button until the display says E-00.
3) Press the V+ or TVDrive button. The display will say E-01.
4) Press the ch- button 4 times. The display will say 'hdd4'.
5) The V+ will then begin the reformat, and the display will say 'rft'. This may take up to 5 minutes. Afterwards the V+ will reboot normally

ok i'll try formatting it and see how it goes, cheers for the instructions on how as i didn't have a clue lol.

is it possible to put bigger hard drives in these boxes??
