Hi Guys
Would i be possible to Progam a Funcard 4 to make a MOSC with my Elvis Multipro using TJ 1965 utility, or do i need to use Nagra Edit 4.1

You don't program a Funcard to a make a MOSC. A MOSC (Modified Original Smart Card) is basically a modded card which is the same as the one you get from your cable company. You will use Nagra Edit to program a MOSC yes. You can use MultiProg to program Funcards as this software has been specially developed for the Elvis Multiprogrammer.
