quick tip if you get to the stage where your flashing the old bootloader back on the modem to get the P option and console unlocker errors out DO NOT DISCONNECT THE POWER FROM THE MODEM just start again with console unlocker.

as when console unlocker attempts to flash a new/old bootloader to the modem it will erase the old one first, and if you get an error most ppl turn everything off and try again but if you do your modem has no bootloader and if you havent got one the modem will be BRICKED!

LOL i paniced when i did my first modem, got the error and guess what i did Turned everything off lmao...

and deaded my modem ive posted lots of info on this forum now on how to get a bootloader on if softJ errors as ive flashed the rest of my modems this way..

ok i finaly gave up trying to mod my 250 and got a pre modded 1 from alien net solutions,i have tryd to set everything up following verius tuts but all i get wen i open fire fox is this link Broadband Activation page from ntl/virgin
