Is this the start of the 20meg switch to docsis3? If so, expect lots more areas to have this same problem.

I doubt it because most of the subscribed modems that people have does not support docsis 3.

you can use the 50meg config and force (well till today anyway)

10 and 20meg customers moving to Docsis3 will be operating on single channels within the Docsis3 bonded group at Docsis2. i.e. no new modems needed.

That would explain the recent 'go to frequency' functionality (not the old frequency update code, this is different)

recently added to some config files.

Edit: rts50 disappeared from my neck of pure.

No but you can get 39 with a 50 meg config.
