Google them for starters.

Any question you can ask on a forum, you can ask google first. Usually yields very good results for me.

To learn how to use them read on google, or load them up and take a look, pretty self explanatory really.

Console unlocker, you just run it when you have your ethernet connected to the modem and the MAX232, and softjtag, the buttons speak for themselves.

It is explained in many guides how these things work, try downloading the Ambit toolkit I think it has the lot.
