Ive just brought a kyrptview a750 just installed software but cant pick up any channels hardly. About 25 come through roughly. Also does anybody know how to change net id on them. Any help will be appreciated thanks Chris

First delete your channel data then do factory reset/default.
Installation,automatic scan,select your ex-provider ntl,cw or tw,start search and if your net id isnt on the list press the red button to scan entire network You should now have all available channels

You could also try removing any splitters or subscribed equipment for the scan and check all cables and connections.
