Okay on your nic your top ip address should be 192.168.100.10 subnet should be set to 255.255.255.0 and the domain set to 192.168.100.1. I that the way u have set it??

DO NOT SET THE DOMAIN.

Only set the IP address and the subnet. Even though the subnet auto completes.

I thought the haxoware required the domain set sorry must have read a dodgy guide lol

It should make no difference what-so-ever. The modems IP address is 192.168.100.1 - if you cannot reach the modem at this address then its IP has been changed in the settings.

Have you tried factory reset button, not sure whether this will help or not, but worth a try.

i have set
ip address 192.168.100.10
subnet 255.255.255.0

its just not working with vista , xp it works

Go to command prompt and type:

ipconfig /all

Look at the default gateway, this will tell you the ip of the modem.
