Default VM change from 2mb to 10mb

Hi just a quick question, I have 2mb with VM got a email saying it will be changing to 10mb soon, thinking when VM change my setting to 10mb will they not click that I have changed my ip address with SMAC and my mac address is a 20mb one.

Because if you did this on your subbed modem I have to agree with lee-ds "oh dear". The the only thing you can do is hope.
