modem was all working but now i can connect to main haxorwear page and the usb light flashes and it wont syce with my computer any ideas any1

sorry forgot to say its a 250 modem and im using a 120 mac to try get it working again but for some reason i can access the hax home page ? ?
when i could the status said locked . not all i get is the usb light flashing ??

appretiate any help
