Firstly,my complete and utter apologies for the forums having been closed for so long.

The server move appeared to go fine until I tried to move the databases in, where it became apparent there was a major softare compatibility issue which meant it couldn't run smoothly.

I tried to move the site back to the original server, but everything that could go wrong did go wrong, and to cap it all my router become screwed upso I couldn't even access TW directly.

I've managed to keep the site online, but I'm going to have to go back to the drawing board before attempting a server move, and I'll get someone I know who is a sys admin to help directly. However, I'll give plenty of warning, and ensure there's no attempt to further close the site without good reason.

I'm currently typing this at a friend's in order to get the forums open, and then I'll trouble shoot my router - in the meantime, the forums are back open, the site remains live, and the original datacenter has put some things in place that should help circumvent any further DDoS attacks.

In the meantime, this has all been a complete nightmare to deal with - working with computers can be really frustrating, but working with servers is far worse!

In the meantime, please accept my sincere and abject apologies for the forums being closed over the past day, and rest assured I'm doing everything I can to ensure no further technical problems or issues come up.

I'll also try and find a way to mke up for the recent issues for everyone.
