hi ther people i came home from work today put on tv and my box had frozen , so i did all the usual things , power off etc but it still wont do anything at all , i carnt even get in to the menu to do a factory reset , so i would be gratefull if some one can tell me what is wrong or what else to do..

crazy thing happened , connected box to pc via r cable tried front of box and yahoo worked , plugged back inb to tv and box started working again.?????? .
downloaded channel tbn to my usb pen drive and have tried to edit my channels to the way i like them , and when connected to stbm the channel data is not the same as on the box , just wondered if any one else has found this?

have you installed the new firmware release a week or so ago? if not do this

yes have already done it , was told that vermin had issues in my area , think it has been sorted .
