Thumbs down John in Cornwall

Please could someone suggest a signal on Thor or any satellite at 1deg West that transmits in the clear that I can use to set up my dish.
1 mtr dish with GiSEqC H-H TM-2200.
Also my Humax 5400z indicates DiSEqC A, B, or C rather than 1.2 I have used A simply as a guess. Any comments from someone with a knowledge of such things would be most welcome. My thanks in anticipation.

Firstly my sincere thanks to those kind members who have proffered assistance so far. I have some difficulty with memory following a recent bout of heart surgery so the old brain box isn’t what it once was.
I am trying to set up a Technomate TM-2200 DiSEqC H-H Motor connected to a Humax 5400 which is currently giving me no end of trouble.
Some of the settings I am not sure about so I have appended below what settings I have on the Antenna Setting page of the Humax Menu screen.
Antenna Alternative 7
Sat Name Thor
LNB Freq Universal
22 KHz Tone Disabled
0/12Volt Switch Disabled

DIseQc Input DiSEqC A
Motorised Sys Disabled

Any comments would be welcome, are the setting above those that should be used?

you need to change the diseqc input to none as your not using a diseqc switch and turn on motorised system setting

on this receiver does it mention usals as an option to drive the dish or only diseqc 1.2 ?
