Am i right in thinking that you can tell if this has been done by going, tv guide, settings, technical status, then check dhcp staus. mine says return path on? does this mean it hasnt been done, when i go to movies on demand it says this service is unavailble though?

mate talkback is probably on and your box has been blacklisted thats why on demand is not working anymore cut the talk back its easy just follow the tutorial in downloads

What box are you using? As tariqz said, there should be diagrams in Downloads

Its a pace DI4000, Will have a look at that diagram now, is it a good idea to turn it off untill its sorted? Wish i had known what i know now earlyer, wish i had checked when i bought this box last month.

Just looked can see any for pace talk back, what is it under in downloads?
