Yes, it looks like a strange rectangular circuit board, which has a corresponding slot on the boards PCB, for the 4001 it should only have two chips on it.Quote:Originally Posted by kellie76

As mentioned, try to re-seat it or tighten the clips further, make sure its connected as tightly as possible.__________________
