just to inform you, VM CAN see that your using 20/50

Whats happening is..

if ur paying for 2/10mb and they see that theres lots of 20mb/50mb in the area where say 4ppl are actually paying for it which they can see, they will just either shut down all signal which paying customers will then fone and have put back on leaving cloners frustrated. The ISP is still on a loop system for now as they are not willing to pay a VM team to check each line,

iv been told that using a 10mb mac for now sould sort this as VM will think theyv won and knocked us all off, wen infact on there system it will just show less 20mb and 50mbs, but once again im not sure if this is 100% true.

but coming for from a VM staff (not me) is warning people NOT to force 50mb as this IS why VM are doing this.

Please dont leave bad feedback to me as this is all i have been told and thought i would pass on, better than ringing up VM and asking them :P

U stopped using the 50mb config although I wanted to keep using it. :-D

i have mate, theres a few ppl on 20 round my area so im runnin a 10meg mac, with a 20 and 50 i was constantly gettin booted, if ur happy doing it keep it going

It's as simple as I can't afford to pay for the subbed service so any speed is good. The 50mb was nice while it lasted but not worth risking it.

Yea i getting booted of on 20mb and 10mb im on 2mb now but what i dont get i live in the town centre close to business's like garlands for one.. so wouldnt there be like loads of 20mbs and 10mbs floating around my area?

Sorry guys just trying to get the message across, If Vermin would take away my phone line at £11 I would pay for the 20meg.

i agree all i know who are using hax and not forcing config have had no trouble
