Default Worth buying a dish?

Hi, I have a situation I hope that someone may be able to help me with. In my flat I have a socket for Sky and at present have a Technomate 3200D+ getting the FTA channels from 28.2E which is nice and all

I am wondering if its worth me buying a dish, since my flat is in the middle of the block and does not face east (not a single dish on this side) but according to DishPointer I should still be able to get 5W onwards I cannot tell if I can get 1W as according to dish pointer the line just clips the corner of the block im not sure how accurate I or that is. Im also on the 14th floor of a 19 floor block, so im guessing the dish would have to go out a little to get a clear view if its even possible. A local shop has a dish pointed at 5W for its radio (LLoyds Pharmacy Live)

Lyngsats footprints (checked beams I think thats right) show I should be able to get the other sats that sit in the West though with a 60-80Cm dish (a 60 would be prefered).

I have attached a picture its quite misleading the other block is no where actually as near as that pic makes out. The other block does have 1 or 2 dishs per balcony on its East facing side.

So im basically wondering if and what I can get in the end I guess

Thanks for taking the time to read

For experimentation purposes it's worth having a go to see what you could get I suppose. 1W as you say, looks difficult, but you could try that with a relatively small dish. It depends where you are of course as well, as you would be able to get 7W on a decent 1m. I don't have a vey good view past 30W, so I dont know what's worth having past that.

Thanks for the info so far
I did have a nice long reply writtern out but I kept getting "connection interupted" when I tried to post it.

I would have thought it would have been too tight just catching the edge of the block and the fact im not on the end dont help
