i am on xp and i tried on my laptop and desktop but same result, why i am confused.

Sending reset request...ok
Waiting for CM to boot...ok
Retrieving CM MAC address...ok (0020******6E)
Sending NetBoot request...error

i have on network setting as

192.168.100.10
255.255.255.0
192.168.100.1

and rest blank

then i opened netboot and tick enable ftp server and reset modem, and auto then i choose ftp root path direct to that folder where i have vxWorks.st then boot over network but it giving me errer??????????????????????????

Disable any firewall and AV software and disable any other network device including wireless & firewire. You may have to use the cable flash or UIU-tools method if the firmware on the modem is locked

where i can find that tool m8?????i am trying via etherboot, and it brings me hack page on 192 but when i load this image (SB4200-0.4.4.5-SCM01-NOSH-2.02.hex) it take several hrs but still not upgrade and keep saying page not found m8??????????????????
