Default Box Card Problem

Hi I got a pace4000 - 1 card reader - and i live in tw -

my card went off and it was a rom10 = i had to unlock it - i gave it to some1 to unlock it and i checked with my card reader and it was unlocked -

this card has been with this box for 1 year - so the ird and bk retrieved from the unlocking ws the same as the box - when i put the card into the box - a message appears saying ' invalid card'

can som1 tell me what i should do -

also - i had a rom11 card - i programmed the card with the ird and bk of my box - and still a message appears ' invalid card'

Regards

Viv

Hi

Have you put in a valid camid relevant to your area. In your case starting with 2C ** ** ** and make rest up consisting on numbers and letters, input it in all 3 places.

Incidently never had to put ird in backwards and never had a problem.

Regards
