problems with 25o configurator

hi there having problems talking to a motorola sb5101e surfboard every time i connect using 192.168.100.1 my laptop set at 192.168.100.10, subnet mask 255.255.255.0 just says cannot open port tried this using ethernet cable and usb cable any help or thoughts were im going wrong cos i feel a right plonker lol

i have been having that problem try changing your nic mac it worked for me.

still same issue any other ideas guys have changed mac address of nic card last 4 digits still cant connect although when i try serial it says connection established and locks up
