Question Identification help please

Need some asistance folks. Got the attached item as part of a job lot & was gonna try & flog it on fleabay. I 'think' it's a satellite card programmer (I'm a cable guyso apologies for my ignorance) No cables with it but there's 2 cards, one of them has FUN5 printed on the chip, the other one has nowt (gold card maybe?).
I'd like to get a correct item description please if anybody can help.

It looks like an original dynamite programmer not the newer Plus.

I was going to post that it was the original and not the plus version,but thought it was obvious from the photos,so didn't elaborate.
