Default Issues Please Help

Hello currently using the Fibercoax firmware on the surfboards 4100. Last Thursady they started playing up and after a few different Macs and Configs i've finally got some on. But when connected to the router im not able to access the internet. Anyone have the same problem and if so is there a fix. I live in Belfast

Cheers

Change the routers NIC mac address, these can sometimes become banned.

Could also try changing the serial number, and if you arn't running the most up to date version of that firmware, i would recommend you upgrade to the latest version, and should that not be possible, i recommend you upgrade to firmware thats updated frequenty, like haxorware.

You should be able to make these changes in the control page for the modem. Depending which modem you have, should usually be able to reach the modem at 192.168.100.1 in your browser.
