i am trying to unlock a room 11 rev bod to get the box key but all i get is error error . i am using xncs.

You need an unlooper to unlock that card mate. I would recommend the T911, you can unlock it in about a minute. If you like, I can unloop the card for you providing you pay return postage?

i am using INFINITY phonic USB CARD READER dont they do the same thing? or t911 is better... thanks

The clue is in the name mate, Card READER. That is a programmer to read/program the card once you have unlooped it
