Default Motorola surfboard sb3100 Hackware firmware

Hi all,

has anyone got hackware firmware for sb3100 I think its:

sb3100-3.2.17-scm00-nosh-1.0.hex

got this info from haynes guide

nice one thanks, have a problem I have tricked the sb3100 modem by pressing the reset hole and got "new tfp user jimcqueen
but I canot get in to the 192.168.100.1/hack.html can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

I have also tried the bit file hack in haynes manual still wont work!
does any1 know if I can connect a max232 or a jtag cable if so could you tell me the pin out plz.

try setting your TCP/IPv4 ip settings to:
IP address: 192.168.100.10
Subnet Mask: 255. Auto
Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1

Then try http://192.168.100.1

set the Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1 on my network card?

as I have been setting it to 192.168.100.1 as it said in haynes

me again!
just tried Chapter21 program and it tell me that my firmware is not supported

heres my firmware & modems details
Software Version: SB3100-3.2.9-SCM-NOSHELL
Hardware Version: 2
MIB Version: II
GUI Version: 1.0
VxWorks Version: 5.3

not looking good so far damnit, warming up iron lol just need to find more info....

Im not sure between 192.168.100.1 and 192.168.1.1 - I've been setting it to that and it worked.

Other than that I dont know sorry
