Hi Guys,

I've been reading these post for a few week now and I am soooo lost lol.

I know many have all of a sudden had issues and it seems to be the same thing (get a connection for a short time then off it goes etc).

I was hoping for someone to 'round off' the general reason why this is happening and what is the closest solution? Of course the answer is different for all but there is sooooo much to read, I'm going mad.

I have a few working MAC's with a sb5101e, Infin firmware and using the 250 connector. What do I need to do to stop it disconnecting? PS, the MAC's I use are real working mac's of friends and family that were working perfect.

Thanks a bunch.

Hi, stokie mac, i'm from stoke myself, been having a few issues but i've been up for 8 days so far. some macs just dont want to play. not sure why, was a bit of trial and error. basically i spoofed my NIC then swapped my frequency round (change to 330750000, boot up and let it lock then back to 586750000) . using tftp 10.137.103.8 not forcing. it works with some macs but not others, found them using dhcp sniffer. oh and make sure its a 0002 mac.

hope this helps

anyone got any ideas why some macs work and other don't?? (all of which are 0002's found with dhcp sniffer)
