Hi,

have you tried to set your ip address manually?

e.g.

IP Address: 192.168.100.11
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.100.1

h**p://www.thinkbroadband.com/ip.html

Find out what CPC you are on from the link above (add tt into h**p).

If you are on CPC1 on UBR1 then you need UBR1 CPC2 MACS and vice versa. If you have old scans that you've done in the past then you might have MACS before the UBR split which in turn might get you back online. If you do not have any scans or none of the MACS work on the scans you do have then it's a case of finding someone close to you that is on a different CPC than you but same UBR.

5th MAC I tested on 2-3 year old scan gave me 20mb and a 7day lease. I've also reset the modem 3 times with no problem. How long this will last for?. I've not got a clue.

I hope this helps you m8.
