To keep some order to this section as they are going off so much, any modems down post here.

ambit 250 with infinite and all protection cmd's down in north - west nottingham (bulwell). Changed to a few live macs, spoofing mac and changin serial but all only last for less than an hour.

been fine here for days mate (bestwood/basford/bulwell) are u forcing the config?. try a 10/20mb mac without forcing, ntlhm120 macs are more stable

just back on since monday,belfast,on 30 min now,so if i dont post later am offsome friends have not been on since the hit,they do get on for a while then off,have went through macs like there going outa fashion

Hi Folkes ,, im new here ,, after flashing sb5101e with haxorware when modem re boots in the overview pannel it doesnt get past retrieving time of day ,, ay suggestions thanks

Exactly what I was about to say, until I read your post. Will new members ever read the rules? It should be made compulsory that you read them, and posting should be dis-allowed until it has been read.

Other forums use this, why don't we? Is it possible?

On a different note, modem is running 00:02 mac forcing 20meg sucessfully again.

The mac in question was presumed dead weeks ago, obviously its not. I have changed the serial, eth mac & spoofed nic mac, used the mac presumed dead, and bang, back up, forcing, which wasn't working several days ago.

Anyone else experienced something like this?

im experiencing a loss of connection every hour or so. not forcing, its been fine for days untill this afternoon.

I change router mac, hfc mac, ether mac & serial number it lasts about an hour then i get:

1970-01-01 00:54:05 Critical T001.0 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing
1970-01-01 00:53:54 Critical T002.0 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire FEC framing
1970-01-01 00:53:53 Notice M572.0 Dhcp Init Failed - Reinitialize MAC...

any idea's?
