Yes, but they only tend to get answered with "search" or "read the haynes manual" LOL and excessive use of smilies.

Yes I know.

I just get frustrated with so many people responding with "search".

Its got to the point where I tried to search a topic earlier myself as a test, and was confronted with lots of replies telling me to search. Within a search.

We need more stickies really.

and the ones telling you that are right, what is the point in answering the same question over and over, when you do a search all your getting is the same question and answer and you got to read about 50 threads to get the right answer, go and look at unlockers, ugm, and sb forum, you will be told search and only get a handfull of threads to get the answer you want,,,and yes a tottally agree with you about stickies

Agreed to a point mate yes.

But for search to be effective there has to be valid answers as opposed to queestions with the reply "do a search".

I've tried searching a few things on here, and to be honest, the search function is not returning many good helpful results.

Stickies are the way forward, as they are blatantly at the top of the forum in view, and anyone not skimming them is OBVIOUSLY a fool.

Hopefully one of the amazing mods will see this and do something constructive about it. I for one would be happy to write some material for a sticky.
