Have you changed the MAC/Config file? You may need to do this to get back up and running. I can't see it being bricked because if it was, you wouldn't have all those lights I don't think.

A reboot usually solves this problem for me.

Have you tried:

a) disable + enable network adapter?
b) reboot pc + modem?
c) booted modem without cable feed connected?

You nic mac is your PC mac address, the address assigned to your ethernet controller within your pc, or laptop or router.

You need to set your network adapter a static IP address of 192.168.100.10, this will allow the adapter to then see the modem, and in turn allow you access to the web GUI upon the modem at address 192.168.100.1 in your browser.
