Digi TV have changed keys again for the World Cup qualifiers, you can find details of key 00 in the satellites folder Diablo Cam sub folder.
Expect another change in about 1 hour.

Do the keys work on any uw file or does it have to be one in particular?

On any of the later Underworld files.
Just go into the menu:
Underworld
Keys
List Keys Edit
Nagravision 2
Digi TV
Key 86

As expected the second, and hopefully final change, Key 01 in the Diablo folder.
