I took get annoyed hearing cries for help from people who pay nothing for the service they use.

As a subscriber, i wouldn't say VM rip you off, the traffic shaping can be appauling on the weekends late on saturday nights, but when its outside peak hours I get anywhere between 12 and 18meg, which paying for 20, im happy with.

some people seem to forget, its UPTO 20meg, not guarunteed 20meg, some get good speeds some don't, some can be fixed by hardware replacement or upgrade some are just due to poor signal, something that can again be fixed.

If you are getting a slow speed its highly likely something is not setup correctly as my subbed modem has been fine for a few years now with little if any downtime, yet my modded modem setup can vary and sometimes with certain settings it won't work, or will but massively slowly.

If all you plan to do is complain, then pay for a subscription, because thats the only way to ensure you remain connected.
