Have checked the VM website to see if there are any network issues in your area?

Well if your using a 20mbit mac you dont need to force a 20mbit config file because your runing at 20mbit speed with the mac, that could be why your having some problems.

Try a 2mb mac and then force a 10 or 20mbit config see how you get on worked for me, as I,m sure VM are movin the 10 & 20mbit up to doiscs 3 thats why everone is getting chuck off line but thats just what I think....

I am sorry you feel the need to swear an throw insults my way but at the moment with the problems that have been going on with VM people are lucky to have any free Internet access at all which they DO NOT pay for and be happy with it. And I was just stating admittedly obvious but simple fact.
