New viewing cards

received my new card today and swapping them over makes the other card dead as it just says insert new viewing card.

also i didn't have to phone setanta up it was already on the new card.

Do you have a Dreambox or similar that you can try your old card in?

that's the first thing i'll be doing when mine eventually drop through the letterbox.

Just don't activate it through the phone line or it won't work! Do it over the phone
