I would be happy to help in tutorial writing, I myself have written quite a few on a forum Im currently helping to get setup.Is anyone willing to start planning this properly? If so, please let me know and I will gladly contribute.

Toolzkit I think this is a spot on idea to help cut down on the number of repeated questions from people starting out.
