It looks like another DDOS attack, keep trying as sometimes it's just very slow at loading.

Sigh. As already mentioned Als&t is one of the sites getting hit by DDOS attacks. They will be back up again sooner or later so chill out - life is too short to worry about not being able to access some website,..

Put DDOS into google and you'll find lots of information on the subject.
Alsat is running, at the moment, but you might find it slow in loading.
