Got this from WM dont know if it work not tested good luck
FIX 4 (JIT) DEBUGGING ERROR! Some may not need this, but i`m only writting it to try help others that get this error including myself for nearly 8 weeks, along time eh? Anyway 1st of all if your getting this error then do the following: 1/ make sure you only have your desktop on and no programmes are running. 2/ as usual open local area connections and enter the normal settings in tcp/ip. (192.168.100.10) (192.168.100.1) for those who dont know! the middle is your subnetmask just click on that, it`ll appear automatic. now close all. 3/ now open console-unlocker!, once open do what you do, with whatever settings u use. once this is achived and it unlocks, close it all and repeat again if its done right it`ll say its open 1st time, now click ok, but don`t close console-unlocker!, minimize it and double click soft-jtag, wait 5 seconds, now softjtag should be showing all buttons instead of blank ones...................... written by scott27 31/4/09 p/s make sure you have all the drivers u need, i.e .netframework 2.0 and 1.1 service pack one, and the visual j#, these have already been mentioned so use will know witch ones to download. (ive only tested this 3 times and work everytime this is the reason i wrote this, hope it works for everyone with the (jit)debugging error. reg`s `````````````````````````````````````````````````` `````````````````````````````````````````````````` `````````````````

Also found this, this is not my work. good luck
This may be useful to have at some point: I was flashing the bootloader of a 250 with softjtag and it crapped out after writing a couple of bytes. Trying to write again gave an error message along the lines of 'failed to open flash driver' If this ever happens, don't turn the modem off or it'll be bricked. Instead, connect to the modem through telnet and type: cd / cd flash close deinit init Then flash the bootloader again with softjtag. Don't turn it off till you get a successful write.
