I have a Diablo cam and purchased a TVN smartcard from a uk seller to watch TVP sport from Poland. It is a 90 day card. When I insert the card in my Diablo cam and into my receiver (Fortec Star Passion +) I am unable to unlock the encrypted channels. Does anyone know if I have to do anything such as change settings or activate card? (The instructions are in Polish of course!) Thanks

I have now initialised the card on the TVN website and it was confirmed as being activated. However after waiting the required 'up to 48 hours' I still can't unlock the TVN channels. I'm using the card in a Diablo Light cam. Does anyone know if these 2 are compatible, or would the answer be to purchase a Conax cam?? Is there any way of telling if there's a problem with the TVN card itself? Thanks.

if TVN card is conax as you say

have you turned Conax on in the cas menu ?

not been funny but have you tried turning the card over when inserting,my sly card goes in opposite way to receiver.
