i am sorry if i am in wronge section .thanks
I got dreambox 500-S running from one month with out any problem but from last 1 week it keep disconnecting from Internet. then i have to reboot the dj box then it OK but there is no fix time for this .it happened some time twice a day.
my set up is i got clone modem running via Net gear Router, Dm500-S is connected with Router and strange thing is, the time i lose connection between dm500-s and Internet ,my laptop working fine with Internet so real i cant blame its my modem playing up.
PLEASE,PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
any help will be appreciated. MANY THANKS

Ok, how do you have your Dreambox IP setup? I always recommend using a fixed IP without DHCP for the 500 and 7000 boxes. That way, any change on the router connections will not cause a change in the Dreambox IP.

the DHCP is Untick and enable network is ticked m8.and the ip last digit is one figer 15 digit hieghr then router m8

Hi mate,

Last week by any chance did you install the latest cccam 2.1.0 by any chance. If you did try and go back to an earlier version and see if it cures your problem.

I only got 2.0.9 running on it m8 as far as i know and i dont tuch this box a lot.

Can you bit explain please do i need an other ccam to install? Which one m8 if answer is yes? AS I GOT CLONED BOX 500-S THEN WHICH ONE I NEED?

Stop with the one your using its only the latest versions that are supposed to have the issues.
