Hi ALL, my net has been down for 3days Nottingham Sneinton, and so many others. Ive tried about 100 different macs, and got connected to about 3 of em, but was d/c within 5min on all 3. Ive notice my tftp in my settings in the control panel is showin 62.254.35.122 and not one of the following

10.137.103.8
10.137.103.1
10.137.103.3

Why aint no macs workin anymore and why am i bein d/c within 5min? do i need 2 spoof my network mac address or do i need some kind of script to bypass something? I am sorry if this has been covered but i cnt seem to find sum1 with the same problem as me. Any help much apreciated.

I can't explain the tftp problem. But it's defo worth spoofing your nic mac to see if that makes a difference.

maybe the customers had there broadband stopped or not payed a bill, id spoof the nic mac and try a diffrent modem mac

I cnt even connect to my mums legit modem lol, ive tried over 100 macs. and i aint even forcing a config on none of em. There must be someone on here with a solution...

or has been in this situation, because as far as i kno, 2 of my m8s modems are down 2 who live 10min away from me.

do you reccomend any good programs to do this? and what else should i do if this dont work? any help much apreciated people.

A mate of mine uses Smac version 2 and Hide my Mac address. I would go for Smac. If you know about torrents its worth getting the full version from a torrent site.

Have you tried changing the server?

are the configs coming up as dynamic on your overview page?

and to spoof your nic, I'd use TMAC, it's better than SMAC and it's freeware (just google: TMAC mac)

You mean the server i connect to on telnet on 250 configurator? if not than how would i change the server?
