Default XP Atmel programmer & Windows Vista 64-Bit SP1 Ultimate

Hi all,

While trying to flash the Powersync unlooper (to unlock ROM 11), I receive an error message... in XP Atmel programmer..

xpatmel v.1
"Cannot open dynamic driver"

xpatmel v1.3
"Unknown com port"

Configuration
1. Windows Vista 64

2. Powersync unlooper

3. Files:

Newd11X.exe.eeprom.hex
Newd11X.exe.program.hex
atmeldrv.sys

4. Straight serial M-F cable RS-232

5. 2.2K Ohms

6. Switch 5 only ON

7. Power supply 9Vdc 3100mA regulated

8. Com port works absolutelly fine now (I have disabled in BIOS the serial and parallel ports which don't exist, and after rebooting the PCI-E COM port is set to COM 1. Also I've tested the port with RS232 straight serial cable and nagraedit. The smart is inserted in the phoenix programmer. So far good since I can see the ATR..Therfore both the cable and the port work fine !!

9. Also I've tried to run in all compatibility modes and as admin..

Any help appreciated

Regards

Not working..
I have tried also in the same computer with XP SP3 (dual boot) but no luck at all !!
Probably a Q6600 is too fast for the program
At last I've used an old computer with great results..
