How to reset Sky digi box??

Hi Guys,

A friend has recently movied to a new flat and has a Satellite dish installed from previous owner
All she wants is the FTA channels from SKY, and having spoken to the SKY engineer who lives a few doors away, he provided me a new digi box, with new remote, etc for £20.
This scanned the FTA channels no problem, but what I have realised is that a few channels from the EPG are missing.
For example ZEE MUSIC and SONY TV are not in the EPG, although I have them at home.
How can I reset the box or have all channels scanned in again?
Any help will be much much appreciated.

I think that those aren't on the sky EPG. you can use the add channels feature from the system services menu to get them, and view through the other channels menu. They won't appear on the EPG or have a "channel number" though.

ZEE Music is on channel 789 and from what I know has gone FTA.
Although I receive this at home, having tried it on this new box (with no sky card as only after FTA channels), channel 789 is totally missed out.
If a paid channel, this would have still appeared asking for subscription, but the total EPG is missed out.

Any idea?

ZEE TV is encrypted in NDS Videogaurd. It isn't FTA. I've just checked.

ZEE TV is, I am reffering to ZEE MUZIC mate.
The fact that the channel is encrypted or not should nit matter, I still should be able to see it in the SKY EPG right?
Whats happening at the moment is that the EPG number is totally skipped out.
