hi im no expert but i had the same trouble...and what i found is i had to change my metwork setting (set up home or office network) b4 it was set to look at a hub but as soon as i changed it to the first opion (this pc connects to the internet ) try that it worked for me

Huh?

It's not his home network that is the problem, you can see on his previous image that the cable modem is not registered as there is no IP.

No luck mate, had a little fiddle around today as well. It's really annoying me, I can't live with 10mb

Where are you at with this now?

You still can't get in to the Haxorware page? That is if you are using Haxorware.... And if you aren't I strongly recommend upgrading to it post haste.

I use infinite, I wouldn't have the foggiest idea how to update.

I bought a pre-flashed modem from a friend of a friend. And it was working perfectly before so it aint faulty or owt...
