Question Stuck on channel 0

Hi all,

I have just purchased a 4000n on old ntl software, I have used funcard to change the net id with no problems.

The box will not change from channel o and tells me channels unavailable, it is having problems locking on to downstream as it keeps changing ???

Please help

What cable area are you in? Ex C&W, TW or Pure?

Did you change your frequency and symbol rate when you changed the Net ID? The "t" boxes are the best for Telewest, I have a Pace 4000n but I am in Ex C&W so it works fine.
